Do you have apartments available right now?

Yes. Al Reef Twin Tower in Nazimabad No. 3 and Al Reef Residency in Block D, North Nazimabad are under construction with booking open, and a limited number of apartments remain.

Where are your projects located?

Our two ongoing projects are both in Nazimabad, Karachi.

• Al Reef Twin Tower is in Nazimabad No. 3, Karachi. It is a dual-tower residential development offering 3, 4 and 5-room apartments.
• Al Reef Residency is in Block D, North Nazimabad, Karachi. It offers spacious 5-room corner apartments and is currently under construction.

What is near Al Reef Twin Tower?

Al Reef Twin Tower is at Plot E-111, Nazimabad No. 3, a short distance from Gol Market, Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, Nazimabad Chowrangi, KDA Chowrangi, the Board Office and Nazimabad Eid Gah. Schools, markets, mosques and public transport are all within walking distance.

When will Al Reef Twin Tower be completed?

Construction is approximately 65% complete, with the structure already standing. The expected possession timeline is confirmed to buyers at the time of booking, and every buyer receives regular construction updates until handover.

The Apartments

What does “3-Rooms, 4-Rooms & 5-Rooms” mean in a Pakistani apartment listing?

It refers to the total number of main rooms rather than bedrooms alone.

• 3-Rooms apartment means 2 bedrooms plus a lounge.
• 4-Rooms apartment means 2 bedrooms, 1 drawing room and a lounge.
• 5-Rooms apartment means 3 bedrooms, 1 drawing room and a lounge.

What is included in the apartment when it is handed over?

Every apartment is handed over with floor tiling throughout, tiled bathrooms with sanitary fittings, doors and windows, complete electrical wiring with switches and points, a kitchen space with a service balcony, and built-in wardrobe spaces in the bedrooms. Kitchen cabinets and wardrobe doors are fitted by the buyer to their own taste. You can see the exact finishing standard in the model apartment at the site.

What amenities does Al Reef Twin Tower have?

Reserved car parking, high-speed lifts, a gym, a children’s play area and an RO water plant. The building is a dual-tower residential development with a dedicated entrance and security.

Booking & Payment

What is the booking amount?

Al Reef Twin Tower apartments currently start from PKR 95 Lac, with booking from PKR 5 Lac and the balance in monthly installments during construction. Al Reef Residency has its own booking amount and schedule. The full plan for the apartment you choose is shared directly by our team.

Do you offer an installment plan?

Yes. We offer our own installment plan on under-construction apartments. The installment amount and duration depend on the apartment you choose and the stage of construction.

Do you offer bank financing or home loans?

No. Our installment plan is offered directly by Al Reef Builders; we do not arrange bank or home-loan financing. If you need a bank loan to buy, our projects will not be a fit.

Can I see the full payment plan?

Yes. The complete payment plan is shared with buyers directly rather than published on the website, because terms differ by apartment and change as construction advances. Request the project brochure or message us on WhatsApp and our team will send the current plan.

How do I book an apartment?

Contact our team by phone or WhatsApp, or fill in the enquiry form on the project page. We will confirm current availability, share the payment plan, and arrange a site visit before you book.

What documents does a buyer receive?

On booking you receive an official booking receipt and an allotment letter for your specific apartment. Installment receipts are issued for every payment. On completion of payment and handover, the apartment is transferred in the buyer’s name as per the project’s documentation, which is explained to you at booking.

Site Visits & Overseas Buyers

Can I visit the site before booking?

Yes, and we recommend it. You can visit the construction site and the model apartment, which shows the finishing standard you will receive. Contact us to arrange a convenient time.

When are your offices open?

The Head Office is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed on Sunday. The under-construction site offices are open on Sunday and closed on Friday.

Can overseas Pakistanis buy an apartment?

Yes. Many of our buyers live in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Documentation and payments can be handled remotely, and if you have a family member or representative in Karachi they can visit the site on your behalf.

Approvals, Construction & the Company

Is Al Reef Twin Tower an approved project?

Yes. Al Reef Twin Tower is an approved project with its building and sale approvals in place. The approval documents are shown to buyers at our Head Office or the site office before booking, so you can verify everything yourself.

Do you deliver projects on time?

Yes. Al Reef Homes, Al Reef Villas, Hamza Residency and Al Reef Tower were all completed and handed over to their buyers on schedule.

Can I see how construction is progressing?

Yes. We share construction updates on our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts, and you are welcome to visit the site in person at any time.

How long has your company been building in Karachi?

Since 2015. In that time we have completed and delivered four projects and have two more under construction.
