Photographs, three-dimensional renders, elevations, floor plans, layout diagrams, maps and other illustrations appearing on this website are artistic impressions prepared for presentation purposes.

They are not drawn to scale and are not intended to be an exact representation of the finished construction. Elevations, finishes, materials, colours, fixtures, landscaping, furniture and surrounding views shown are indicative. Furniture and decorative items shown are not included in the sale unless expressly agreed in writing.

Stated areas, dimensions and room counts are approximate and remain subject to final measurement, architectural revision and approval by the relevant authorities.

Availability and Booking

The appearance of a project or a unit type on this website does not confirm that it is currently available. All availability is subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry, and units are allotted on a first come, first served basis against confirmed booking.

Al Reef Builders reserves the right to withdraw, amend, re-price or reallocate any unit, layout or project at any time prior to the execution of a written agreement.

Completion, possession and handover dates mentioned anywhere on this website are estimates based on the current construction programme. They may be affected by regulatory approvals, material availability, weather and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Brochures and Downloadable Material

Brochures, project profiles and other material provided on request are marketing documents. They are subject to the same terms as the rest of this website and are correct only as at the date of issue.

Detailed payment plan information is provided on request to genuine enquirers and is not published publicly. Any such information shared with you is specific to the unit, the date and the terms discussed, and lapses if a booking is not confirmed within the period stated.

Enquiries, Quiz Results and Communication

Our property matching quiz suggests unit types based only on the preferences you enter. Its result is a guide, not a recommendation, valuation, reservation or professional advice.

By submitting your contact details through any form on this website, through a Meta or Instagram lead form, or through WhatsApp, you consent to being contacted by Al Reef Builders by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding your enquiry. Payments

This website does not process payments and no payment is ever collected through it.

Payments are accepted only through the official banking channels of Al Reef Builders and against an official company receipt. Al Reef Builders accepts no responsibility for any amount paid into an account, or handed to a person, that has not been confirmed by our office in writing. If you are ever in doubt about a payment instruction, please verify it directly with us on +92 327 2217878 before transferring any funds.

Only representatives authorised by Al Reef Builders may quote prices, confirm availability or accept a booking. Statements made by third parties, agents or intermediaries are not binding on Al Reef Builders unless confirmed by us in writing.
